Coulsons Reserve Drainage Outlet
Coulson reserve is a small reserve in Clifton Hill located along the Merri Creek that provides access to the Merri Creek trail. Unstable ground conditions, coupled with high rainfall events have meant that the existing drainage outlet into the Coulson Reserve Raingarden needs to be replaced and retaining wall constructed for the safety of public . Construction a gabion rock filled multiple tiered retaining wall and upgrading the outlet ensures flooding and the risk of landslides is mitigated.
