Highlands Estate is an award winning master planned community in Melbournes’s northern suburb of Craigeburn,

Entracon was engaged by Stockland for the construction of a quad cell culvert structure with relevant inlet and out let structures. A full submerged inlet structure was cast insitu. A dam embankment to ANCOLD standards was constructed including sand filters, rip rap installation, council footpath and a series of handrails.
